What is Endospheres Therapy?

Endospheres Therapy is a treatment that uses a Compressive Microvibration system to improve lymphatic drainage, increase blood circulation and help restructure connective tissue.

The treatment uses a roller device composed of 55 silicon spheres that generates low-frequency mechanical vibrations and it used to improved the appearance of cellulite, skin tone and laxity as well as reduce fluid retention. It can be used on the face and the  body. The most popular areas for Endospheres treatments are the thighs, buttocks and upper arms.

 

What is it for?

Endospheres treatments are best for people who retain fluid, have cellulite or have loss of skin tone or saggy skin or skin laxity. They are for improving the appearance of lax skin, reducing facial fine lines and wrinkles, and on the face or body or cellulite. It also helps reduce fluid retention, improve skin tone and to a certain degree, body shaping.

It is a non-invasive procedure. There is no downtime after it.

 

How does it work?

Endosphères Therapy produces a vibration and pressure combination that performs in effect gives the skin a ‘workout’. This generates the drainage of fluids, the re-compacting of skin tissues, the removal of the “orange peel” effect from under the skin’s surface. It also helps microcirculation which can help reduce inflammation and improve in muscle tone.

On the face it helps improve vascularisation which in turn supports the production of collagen and elastin. It increases oxygen delivery to help nourish and brighten tissue from within. It tones the muscles helping reduce eliminate the appearance of expression wrinkles, combat tissue sagging, and generally lift the complexion and facial structure.

How many treatments will I need?

It is recommended that people have a course of twelve treatments. Usually 1 per week, sometimes 2 in certain circumstances.

You can expect to pay between £90-120 per treatment. Some clinics may offer a discount for booking a course of treatments – which would be required for treating cellulite or moderate to severe skin laxity.

 

Is it worth it?

For cellulite is appears to get good results but this could be quite a costly treatment that would have to be repeated on a regular basis. For the face, the treatment maybe more cost effective. (see before and after pics below)

Is it suitable for everyone (contraindications)?

Endosphrere’s Therapy is suitable for most people but it is not suitable for people who have:

  • recently had cancer
  • acute bacterial or fungal skin conditions
  • recently had surgery
  • have metal plates, protheses or pacemakers near the area to be treated
  • are on anticoagulant treatments
  • are on immunosuppressants
  • are pregnant
