For new users of CBD, Biogenic recommend starting with a low dose.
Shake well before use.
Take 3-5 drops 2 to 3 times a day, place under the tongue and hold for 1 minute until the oil is fully absorbed.
Monitor how you feel, increase the dose if required but do not exceed 70mg per day.
1 drop = 6.7mg of CBD (ten drops maximum/day).
1/4 of a pipette 0.25ml = 5 drops (33.5mg)
